You remain in control
Cookie Policy.
We do not load optional services before you make a choice. Here you can find the storage and providers used by the website, how analytics through Google Analytics works, and how to change your consent.
1. What do we mean by cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website or external service can place in your browser. They can remember information during one visit or over multiple visits. Similar techniques, such as local browser storage, pixels and tags, can serve a similar purpose. In this policy we use the word “cookies” as a collective term, unless a distinction is important.
Flamend & Partners BV is responsible for the choice and configuration of technology on this website. Third-party providers are responsible for their own further processing when you activate their service.
2. How do we ask for your choice?
External media, analysis and marketing are not included on a first visit. At the same level, the banner offers the option to accept everything, refuse everything or choose per category. Not choosing does not count as consent and continuing to browse does not activate an optional category.
We store your choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days. We ask for consent again sooner if this policy or the providers change significantly. The website remains usable if you reject all optional categories; only the relevant external content or measurement stays disabled.
Strictly necessary storage does not require permission. It is only used to enable choice, security and basic functionality and not for advertising or behavioral analysis.
3. Which categories do we use?
Strictly necessary
Necessary for security, basic functions and remembering your cookie preference.
External media
Don't let Google Maps and Google Calendar load until you choose to do so.
Analytics
Let Google Analytics place cookies so that we can measure aggregated website use.
Marketing
Enables campaign measurement via tags in Google Tag Manager. Additional marketing tags (such as Meta Pixel) will remain disabled until explicitly configured.
Optional categories remain off until you enable them. Without consent for analysis, Google Analytics does not place analysis cookies (Google Consent Mode remains denied).
4. What storage and services are available now?
| Service | Supplier and category | Storage | Purpose and duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Flamend & Partners cookie preference | Flamend & Partners Strictly necessary | Local browser storage | Remembers your choice and the version of the cookie policy. Maximum 6 months |
| Google Maps | Google Ireland Limited External media | Cookies and similar techniques from Google, depending on your Google settings | Shows the office location and provides route information. Determined by Google |
| Google Calendar | Google Ireland Limited External media | Cookies and similar techniques from Google, depending on your Google settings | Makes it possible to choose an appointment time via Google. Determined by Google |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google Ireland Limited Analytics | Cookies such as _ga and _ga_* (only after consent for analysis) | Measure page views and interactions in aggregate form. The Google tag script loads with Consent Mode; storage remains denied until you allow analysis. Up to 2 years, depending on Google settings |
Google cookies may differ depending on your browser, Google account, region and the way you work with the module. As a result, we cannot guarantee a fixed, exhaustive list of names and terms chosen by Google. Also consultGoogle's information about cookies.
5. Google Maps and Google Calendar
Maps and the online appointment module are not loaded directly when opening a page. A local placeholder appears first. If you choose “Allow Google Maps” or “Allow Google Calendar”, you consent to the external media category. The browser then connects directly to Google.
Google may then receive, among other things, your IP address, browser and device data, the page visited, time of day, language setting and interaction with the module. If you are signed in to Google, Google may be able to associate the activity with your account. For an appointment, Google also processes what you enter in the appointment environment.
You can also request the location and appointment options without an embedded module by telephone or e-mail. A direct external link to Google opens the Google website under Google's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
6. Google Analytics and Meta
Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 falls under the analysis category. The Google tag script (gtag.js) is loaded so that Google Consent Mode can work. Stand by default analytics_storage, ad_storage,ad_user_data and ad_personalization on refused. Analysis cookies are only placed after you allow analysis. Upon revocation, we reset Consent Mode to denied and delete known proprietary analytics cookies as far as the browser allows.
Meta Pixel
Meta Pixel is currently disabled. If enabled in future, it will fall under marketing. The pixel code and events may only load after you explicitly allow marketing. If you refuse or withdraw consent, Meta consent remains withdrawn and known first-party marketing cookies are removed as far as the browser technically allows.
Google Search Console
Ownership verification for Google Search Console is done through a technical file, DNS record, or meta tag. This does not place a cookie on visitors and therefore does not require a choice in the banner. Search Console can show Google aggregated search performance data about the website.
7. How do you change or withdraw consent?
Open the selection screen again below or via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. You can disable categories, deny everything, or allow them again later. A new choice immediately applies to subsequent loads.
Upon withdrawal, we will stop new loads of the services concerned and delete known own analysis and marketing cookies to the extent that this is possible from this website. We cannot directly delete cookies on an external domain, data that the supplier has already lawfully received or information in an external account. To do this, use the settings or rights procedure of that supplier.
8. What can you manage in your browser?
Through your browser you can view, delete or block existing cookies and clear local storage. You can also set the browser to delete cookies after each session. If you block strictly necessary storage, the website will not be able to remember your choice and the banner may appear again.
Browser settings do not replace valid consent: Flamend & Partners continues to block optional services by default. “Do Not Track” is not uniformly supported by all vendors and therefore is not our sole consent check.
9. Contact and changes
You can send questions about cookies or a request about personal data toinfo@flamend-partners.be. More information about your rights can be found in our websiteprivacy policy.
We check inventory when the website or suppliers change. A new optional service is not tacitly placed under an old permission. In the event of a new category, objective or significant supplier change, we will adjust this policy and the consent version and, if necessary, request your choice again.
